Instructions for presenters

Key-note presentations will last 40 min: 35 min of talk and 5 min of discussion. Oral presentations will last 20 min: 15 min of talk and 5 min discussion. Presenters please be advised that it will not be possible to use their own computers – appropriate hardware will be provided. PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat formats are strongly recommended. Versions details will follow.

Posters will be exposed during all the conference (Tuesday – Friday). Space allocated will be of A0 (vertical) size: 841 mm widh × 1189 mm high. Authors are kindly requested to prepare short presentations (3 slides max) to be shown during a Poster Pitch session.
